Statutory & Annual Accounts

All limited companies need to file accounts at Companies House.  The content of those accounts will be determined by the size of your business.  Even non incorporated businesses (for Tax reasons) and Charities (to comply with Charity law) need to prepare formal accounts.

At Gibson Hewitt, we are experienced at producing all these formal sets of accounts and also accounts for special purposes.  Most of this work has to be done within a fixed time frame. At the start of each assignment we seek to agree a timetable of how and when data is produced to us to enable you to meet these requirements.
