Fund Raising

We are often asked to assist new entrepreneurs to set up and finance their business. Sometimes the funds come from family & friends but more usually from equity funds, asset financiers and bank facilities.

We are used to dealing with bankers and can assist you to make the best presentation to obtain or renew facilities. Whichever route is adopted there are some common themes:

  • The opportunity needs to be thoroughly thought through

  • A business plan needs to be prepared dealing with the Opportunity, the Market Place, the management skills available, a considered review of the strengths and weaknesses of the plan

  • Integrated Profit & Loss accounts, Cash Flows and Balance Sheets for a minimum of 3 years

We will consider with you the best mix of debt and equity to be adopted for each opportunity and then we will be ready to approach Venture Capital providers on your behalf.

The firm is regulated in Investment Business by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
